Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA)

Instructions for initiation into the Catholic Faith are given in the Sacred Heart and St. Casimir Parish communities each year. Classes are graduated according to instructional needs for each inquirer/catechumen, and candidate with entrance into the Roman Catholic Faith and community at the Easter Vigil or at another designated celebration. Classes begin in September or October. Sponsors are always needed to help inquirers on their journey into the Catholic Faith.
